Customer Services Director Mark Taylor-Jones has a background of software design and development starting with “Drive-In Direct” a ground breaking software system giving workshops full control over bookings, stock, accounts and menu pricing as far back as 1995. More recently working with MG Rover and BP Castrol in Europe and the Far East developing and deploying automotive software systems. Culminating in Mark heading up the UK Southern consultancy team for e-GoodManners before establishing WinWin World.
Mat Hutchin was intrinsically involved with the launch of e-GoodManners to several motor manufacturer networks. Mat was also instrumental in the deployment of the industry leading vehicle health check system during his time with training and consultancy company BTC. After establishing his own consultancy business Mat joined the board of WWW and became Managing Director in November 2010.
